This week’s CEO Breakfast at the Frankston Arts Centre, sponsored by Bendigo Bank, was a standout event. Frankston City Mayor, Nathan Conroy shared ambitious plans for the city’s revitalisation, while Bendigo Bank’s Chief Economist David Robertson provided an insightful market analysis and his top 10 predictions for FY25/26. The event, popular among our Executive and Strategic Partners, was expertly captured by James Pyne Photography and Assertive Media. A big thank you to the Frankston Arts Centre and Cassy Flowers for Jane for their contributions. We’re excited to plan our next CEO Breakfast event!
AUGUST WOMEN IN BUSINESS RECAP
The Women in Business event was a resounding success! Frankston business owners gathered to hear inspiring stories from two remarkable women. Lisa Walton, CEO of Mornington Peninsula Magazine, shared her 45-year journey in publishing and made a touching announcement. Joyie Wood captivated us with her journey from a top finance executive to leading Gloform Electrics, with a special touch from her Dr. Seuss book, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go.” We’re grateful to both for their insights. A special thanks to Mayor Nathan Conroy, Flowers for Jane for the beautiful flowers, Miranda Mayle Photography for the great photos, Didier from Fixon Media Group for capturing the day, and our Strategic Partner, McClelland Sculpture Park+Gallery, for hosting another fantastic event.

Executive members, Didier Le Miere Fixon Media and James Pyne connected about 12 months ago at a networking event and Didier hired James to do his headshots. Didier was so impressed, that they recently made a podcast together. In this Podcast expect to learn why headshots are an asset to corporate marketing, how your business can use photography in a purposeful and intentional manner, and James’s 4 step process for creating a high impact and memorable photo.
