What is the FBC Team Wellbeing Swim & Business Networking Breakfast?
The FBC Team Wellbeing Swim & Business Networking Breakfast is a unique, team-based event designed to promote health, connection, and fun. Held at Seaford Life Saving Club, it’s an opportunity for business teams to come together, celebrate wellbeing, and get in the water to enjoy a refreshing start to the day.
This isn’t a competition—it’s about getting involved! Swim, dip, or simply enjoy the beach atmosphere, then connect with others over a delicious breakfast and great conversations. It’s the perfect way to bond with your team and network with Frankston’s business community.
At the event, swimmers and dippers will be allocated to groups that best suit them – ranging from those who’d like to dip, to those who’d like to swim a little, to those who’d like to swim a lot.

Business strategist, open water swimmer, and TeamLife founder Stuart Hayes will be hosting the event. With years of experience in leadership and team development, Stuart understands the importance of workplace wellbeing and team-based support programs. He is passionate about creating opportunities for teams to connect, recharge, and thrive together.
