- Therese started her first Business, Alphabroker Mentoring back in 2008, where she mentored over 200 start-up Business Owners over 10 years, culminating in her Winning the prestigious Finance Brokers Association of Australia’s Mentor of the Year Award in 2018.
- She successfully sold that business in 2019 and started Therese.Co Mentoring & Coaching, focussing on coaching experienced, high-performing Business Owners to increase sales, grow their business and scale their operations.
- She holds an MBA from Adelaide University, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as well as her Diploma in Mortgage & Finance Broking.
- Many Finance Industry Finalists and Award-Winning Mortgage Brokers attribute much of their success to Therese’s unique coaching talents.
- “Collaboration over Competition” “Women Supporting Women” & “Mental Health” are causes that she is hugely passionate about.
- In September 2022 Therese toured the East Coast of Australia, where she spoke about “Personal Branding” and how to build a following, alongside an all-female line-up representing the Women Supporting Women in Finance Network. With all 3 Events SOLD OUT, they sparked conversations, increased awareness, and raised over $22,500 for Safe Haven Charity who provide refuge for women & children of non-violent domestic abuse.
- Most recently she was the Keynote Speaker for NAB’s International Women’s Day Event, on the all-important Topic of “Imposter Syndrome” and HOW TO Break the Cycle.
Pippa Hanson
- Pippa Hanson is the CEO of The Sports Injury Clinic, a multidisciplinary and progressive Allied Health Business. Pippa promotes the culture of excellence to her dedicated team; “Our inherent mission is to create customer focused values to deliver solutions, services and products that are the benchmarks for the industry”. This excellence has been recognised by multiple business awards over the years, most recently in 2019, winning the ‘Health Practitioner Category’ and was the overall winner of the ‘Workplace Culture Award’ at the Frankston Business Awards.
- Pippa has a Graduate Certificate in Business Management and an MBA (HR), she has lectured in Business Management and Human Resource Management and has previously worked in government positions (Detective in Victoria Police for 18 years) before establishing The Sports Injury Clinic 18 years ago. Pippa is very passionate about educating and assisting women across all sectors to be financially independent and to break through the glass ceilings in their careers.
- Work life balance and health are extremely important to Pippa who, with a young family, spends her planned spare time enjoying being a wife and a mother to three children. Pippa also has a strong commitment to being actively involved in the local community both personally as well as in business. Pippa is a key member in the local business network group Women Connect Frankston. She is the Deputy Chair for the Committee for Greater Frankston Board and Vice President on the Board of the Frankston Dolphins VFL Football Club.
